Navigabl coaching service provides remote training and coaching service for the sport of orienteering and endurance running sports. We provide training in three areas, technical map exercises, running and physical training plans, and training camp design and support. For more information or questions please contact us. Technical Training uses a variety of simulation exercises that challenge critical thinking, map detail reading and some other important skills for orienteering. They are specifically designed for situations where there are no maps available to train on. We can also support at the Premium and Elite levels with training designs on existing orienteering maps but the main focus is on the simulation exercises. The Basic level provides 1-2 simulation exercises a week with a general focus of developing skills. Premium Focuses the simulation exercises generally towards a specific race goal. They will still be the weekly simulations but the exercises and maps may focus on terrain based on the goal race you are planning for. Elite focuses on competitive development and will be tailored specifically for the athletes needs.
Physical training offers basic endurance running training. The Basic level provides a couple workouts that you can do each week that will help improve endurance, strength and speed. They are designed to be variable and focused towards developing endurance for orienteering. Premium focuses on a specific race. For this a weekly training plan will be developed based on the persons starting point and goal. The plan will lead towards a specific goal race. Elite focuses on competitive development and builds out plans tailored towards the specific athletes needs and focuses.
Training Camp development focuses on technical training design for camps. We can design trainings for your training camp, help you organize and set up a camp and even put on a camp for you.
